SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION TO REAR AND SIDE IN HP22

This single-storey extension to the rear and side of this property in Quainton was approved via permitted development rights. There are many things you can do without a full application, and we always go through all avenues to apply in the most cost-efficient and straightforward way we can.

TWO STOREY EXTENSION TO SIDE AND SINGLE STOREY PORCH AREA IN HP21

This was a householder application as most 2 storey work to the property are not permitted development work. We had to go through a couple of changes to ensure the council were happy, but we ended up with a design both the council and more importantly the client were happy with.

SINGLE STOREY FRONT AND SIDE EXTENSION WITH TWO-STOREY EXTENSION TO REAR AND LOFT CONVERSION AND DROPPED CURB IN HP18

This more complex application has many different elements to ensure the client had everything they requested in their brief. This young expanding family required space and bedrooms, which we managed to deliver with no issues from planning.
There are no residential projects too big or small that we can't tackle.

SIMPLE GARAGE CONVERSION IN HP13

A garage conversion would normally be permitted development, however, this one in High Wycombe had permitted development rights removed from the development. A small job made slightly more complex due to the planning rights on the area.

GRADE 2 LISTED COTTAGE IN LU7

A listed building requires special attention. 2 Applications need to be submitted, one householder application, and one to the local heritage team. This particular application was to add a single storey extension with lots of glazing to the rear of a listed building.

FIRST FLOOR SIDE EXTENSION WITH NEW EXTERNAL APPEARANCE IN MK17

This large project included raising a roof to create more space for an extra master bedroom. This also shows our ability to create 3D visuals if required.

BUNGALOW RENOVATION AND EXTENSION IN HP16

This Bungalow in HP16 has been managed while the clients are living out of the country. It will now be ready for them when they move back this year, all in time and on budget.
